BUSINESS ANALYST - SALESFORCE - NETHERLANDS, THE HAGUE

I have an urgent requirement for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst for a large-scale roll-out in the Netherlands.

KEY SKILLS:

- Configuration and customisation of Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Workflow and meta-Datamodelling.
- Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers in an effective manner
- Collect, evaluate and process data and information from multiple sources, resolve conflicts and differentiate between actual and required user need
- understand end user's requirements and transforming into operational application
- CRM consultancy experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce
- Experience of providing demonstrations
- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of CRM
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core CRM modules Salesforce
- Microsoft SQL Server understanding
- Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
- Highly confident with providing support and training to users
- Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers
- Solves complex problems with creative solutions
- Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Stakeholder engagement skills
