Our client, a major international eCommerce organisation, is looking for a Business Analyst with experience of Salesforce Cloud to be part of an implementation team for their call centre and contact centre teams.

Working with teams internationally, you will review current business processes around call centre communications, on-line chat, telephony integration as well as workforce solutions and product delivery and returns with a view to adapting Salesforce functionality to the business processes, or adapting business processes to benefit from Salesforce functionality.

Previous experience working on call centre projects is essential, and you will have a solid understanding of the processes and demands of a call/contact centre environment. You will also have strong project management or project delivery skills and above all, proven experience in managing stakeholders across multiple sites, levels of authority and influence.

Due to the urgency of this position, we are only able to accept applications from candidates based in Switzerland of from the EU.
