One of our clients, an international company in the financial services' industry currently requires a Business/Functional Analyst Start: 15/09/2017
Skills: Min 6 years' experience with:
* Business Analysis
* Functional Analysis
* CRM Expertise & experience with Salesforce & Selligent
* Min. 4 years' experience with:
* Contact management, campaign management, data governance
* Experience with customer support. ITIL CRM processes. Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
* Business Analysis Scope: In the context of salesforce releases and projects, deliver business analysis (support requirement gathering and CRS documentation) and functional analysis (product functional specifications, FRS). In the scrum releases, documents detailed stories and follow-up on delivery (functional validation of deliverable, communication and demo to users, support UAT).
* Migrate data from the selligent application to the future common salesforce application.

Location: South of Brussels
