BUSINESS ANALYST - MARKETING/SALES SYSTEMS
Business Analyst with knowledge on Marketing or Sales Systems wanted for an international bank based in Zurich.
YOUR TASKS:
- Lead, coordinate and manage the requirements engineering and requirements management process within the project.
- Managing stakeholders including business & technical end user consulting
- Assist with the integration of a new marketing and sales system
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- EXPERIENCE IN BANKING AND/OR WITH SALES/MARKETING SYSTEMS/MODULES
- A profound understanding of sales/marketing systems (eg IBM Interact) would be beneficial
- Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working
- Ability to handle and align multiple challenging stakeholders with different understandings and targets
- Experienced in the usage of case, business process and business concept modelling
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken
