Business Analyst - Robotic Process Automation

Business Analyst - Robotic Process Automation wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- 5+ years' experience as Business Analyst with a Change Management background
- Acquired expertise within a dynamic Agile project delivery environment
- Know-how in Robot Process Automation projects is desirable
- Well-built communication skills and the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a demanding environment
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German or other language skills are a plus

YOUR TASKS:

- Collaborating with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify opportunities for process automation that increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk
- Design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies and developing requirement specifications and user acceptance testing strategies for identified robotics solutions
- Analysing and testing existing systems for compatibility with preferred automation platforms and supporting business case development
- Being a value-adding member of the team that is responsible for identifying and implementing Robotics Process Automation solutions to support various service delivery teams in executing their day to day business more efficiently
