Business Analyst - Robotic Process Automation wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Working experience as a business analyst or a change management background, preferably in Robot Process Automation projects
- Practical knowledge in a dynamic Agile project delivery environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German or other language skills are a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Collaborating with business subject matter experts to assess processes and identify opportunities for process automation to increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk
- Developing requirement specifications and user acceptance testing strategies
- Analysing and testing systems for compatibility with preferred automation platforms
- Supporting business case development and service delivery teams
