Business Analyst - Risk IT/Front Office

Business Analyst with a background in Front Office Risk IT ( credit or market) is required by top tier investment bank.
Experience of working within regulatory programmes ( CCAR, FDSF, FRTB, Scenarios and Stress testing in Market/Credit Risk ) is required

As is an excellent understanding of:
The market risk business processes within Investment Banking (valuation, sensitivities, stress testing,
scenarios, VaR, etc)
Financial instruments, risk and pricing
Trade capture and trade life cycle processes
Investment banking processes including trading, risk management, product control and operations
Strong analysis skills, the ability to drill into and resolve complex problems and posit pragmatic
solutions
Experience with formal BA approaches/methodologies and the production of BA-related artefact's: business requirements docs, functional specs, etc.
Though the role is not technical, you are required to have a broad understanding of technologies used in Investment Banking and be able to converse directly with technical colleagues eg architects and developers
Though the role is not quantitative, you are required to have a broad understanding of financial quantitative theory and methods and be able to converse with quant colleagues
