Business Analyst - Risk Control/Operating Model wanted within an international bank in Zurich.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University or college degree in a relevant field
- Proven expertise in Risk Management and Business Analysis
- Experience in Service and Metrics framework strategy and implementation, as well as Operating Models
- Ability to lead and work independently in a defined timeline
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Implementing the GRC Service Management strategy and capturing Service requirements and standards to support the Group Risk Control Operating Model
- Supporting methodology for incorporating Service/Metrics into the Operating Model reporting tool, including Data Model
- Participating in strategy development of relationship between Services, Processes and Metrics
- Leading a Service working group across GRC to ensure stakeholder participation and delivery against a defined timeline
- Providing regular management status updates and material along with coordinating input and actions independently
