Business Analyst Risk

For our banking client in Zurich we are looking for a

BUSINESS ANALYST RISK

Start date: 1th of December 2015

Duration: minimum 6 months

Location: Zurich

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Member of the BCBS-239 Private Banking compliance gap analysis team, responsible to document all relevant risk measures of the bank to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze and document the risk reporting landscape in Private Banking
- Compilation of risk measures used in board and management risk reports
- Work with SMEs to further investigate risk measures along BCBS 239 criteria
- Working independently under the guidance of a senior project lead and the responsible work stream lead.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

- Minimum 4 years business analysis experience within a financial services company
- Strong experience documenting business processes and understanding underlying business/operating models of various PBWM businesses
- Effective stakeholder management, experience in facing senior business stakeholders
- Able to efficiently run workshops with business stakeholders to document business processes and equally proficient collaborating with subject matter experts from various areas to document details
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner (written and verbal)
- Experience in operating in complex environments beneficial
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with BCBS-239 or other regulatory initiatives beneficial
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken), good German language skills a big plus
