BUSINESS ANALYST (RISK STRATEGIC CHANGE)
To one of our clients, one of the major banks in Switzerland, we are now looking for a Business Analyst to the Risk Strategic Change team with work location Zürich.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
- Prepare Requirement specification documents including requirement description and use cases
- Conduct requirement, options and solution walkthrough with stakeholders
- Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
- Coordinating the work of more Junior Analysts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Project management experience as project manager or business analyst
- Experience in working across functions and regions and bringing together teams to execute projects that are dealing with complex issues
- Credit Risk and Market Risk experience and understanding of Risk Management and Risk Control
- Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to interpret new regulations and partner with business to drive requirements identification
- Ability to see big picture correlating business requirements and thinking strategically on how to bring solution together in a cohesive design and architecture
- Ability to work independently, highly organized self-starter and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. German is a plus
