ROLE: Business Analyst - Retail Banking - UML - Wire Frames - Process

OVERVIEW

Our client, a major UK retail bank, require the services of a Business Analyst to assist in a programme of work to simplify the way they do business across all channels ie telephone, branch and online.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- Career Business Analyst
- Appreciation of Data Analysis
- Core IT Knowledge and an understanding of how systems link together - able to push back if needed on IT designs
- Knowledge of how data flows in large organisations
- High attention to detail
- Experience of multiple process improvements throughout multiple clients
- Ability to effectively interact and requirement gather with end users (identifying pain points)
- Quickly build pictures of optimal processes
- Process definition/streamlining

CORE SKILLS

- Process Modelling
- Requirement gathering/building use cases
- Knowledge of Wire Frame, UI and Screen design
- Sequence Diagrams
- Familiarity with UML

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The role will involve some travel to End User sites ie Branches, operational areas.
