ROLE - Business Analyst

DURATION - 3 months

LOCATION - London

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

To provide support in different areas of the PPI Proactive programme, the role primarily involves delivering Special Treatments proactive workstream(s) and will require a mix of project management, analysis, and operational implementation experience.

Key Accountabilities:

- Planning and delivery of specific programme workstream(s)
- Current state assessments of processes
- Solution and operational process design/changes
- High level and detailed business requirements
- Managing customer data and tracking delivery outcomes to an auditable level
- Working with technology and 3rd parties to create and define solutions
- Working with multiple Business Units across a diverse stakeholder group, up to Senior Executive level, with different demands and communication needs
- Able to produce/document project deliverables at all phases from  initiation through to closure
- Timely delivery and reporting
- Operational incident management to maintain live workstreams

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Significant programme/project experience - covering business, operations and technology
- Programme/project analyst with planning and project controls experience
- Reactive and fast paced environments
- Issue analysis and resolution
- Operational incident management
- Process and procedural development and change
- Decision support - preparing proposal/options papers
- Regulatory and policy initiatives
- Commercially driven projects
- Direct customer contact campaigns
- Call centre and operational complaints processes
- Customer data and technical infrastructure
- Mixed onshore/offshore  environments
- Strong stakeholder management

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Telephony/helpdesk design
- Knowledge of claims management handling and decision making
- Experience of PPI complaints
- Experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

EXPERIENCE

- Track record of delivering high-quality project deliverables
- Wide range of proven analytical ability
- Educated to Degree/MBA level to cope with the intellectual demands of the role
