Business Analyst - Retail Banking Group - Divestment - Andover - £380

My client, a leading UK Retail Bank, are currently recruiting for an accomplished Business Analyst to join a major Divestment programme in Andover.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

- A Phase of design work is required ahead of the exit of Transitioning TSAs, to ensure the bank's readiness ahead of submission of any Exit Plans.
- This activity will undertake impact assessments of all TSAs due to exit in 2016 and create deliverables to support divested clients in the development of an Exit Plan.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Securing sign-off of business requirements through Internal stakeholder reviews
- Ensuring Requirements traceability is in place
- Requirements support throughout life cycle stages
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Design Team

CORE SKILLS

- Previous BA experience in Financial Services, with a proven track record of delivery
- Proven Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to apply analysis techniques to identify, capture, analyse and manage business requirements
- Experience of developing Business Processes and Business Use Cases
- Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Separation/Divestment programme experience
- Knowledge of Change Lifecycle
- Excellent collaborative skills
