ROLE - Business Analyst

DURATION - 6 months

LOCATION - Dunfermline  

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

Upgrade the present Credit Falcon Application to a new version.

CORE SKILLS

- Knowledge of Fraud Operational environment
- Cards background
- Previous experience of project related work with a proven track record of success
- Stakeholder management experience
- Key system knowledge  - Falcon, First Vision
- Ability to analyse/interpret/interrogate analytical information and produce concise summary documents
- Debit Card knowledge not essential but beneficial
- Analytical experience
- Either direct experience of working within change, or a clear knowledge of the change process and requirements
- Good application knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Word, Access etc
- SAS knowledge is of benefit but not essential
- Self-starter with the ability to operate with a minimum of day to day oversight. Able to manage own time and work toward defined deadlines

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Travel to London required on a fairly regular basis
