BUSINESS ANALYST - RETAIL BANKING - DUBLIN - €450PD
We have a requirement for a Business Analyst to join a change management team based in Dublin, Ireland. This is a contract role and will be for an initial 6 months.
Applicants must have some recent banking experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the project objectives, scope and overall approach to requirements analysis and solution design on a large project or workstream, or provides Business Analysis support on multiple medium projects
- Lead the design and facilitation of workshops with business representatives to establish scope, requirements, business outcome and to model business processes
- Ensure that quality business requirements are produced and be accountable for end to end traceability against these requirements using appropriate tools and templates
- Identify and resolves any conflicting design issues, seeking input from the Business Analysis Manager/Business Architect/Project Manager where necessary
- Work with the Lead Business Analysis/Business Architect/Project Manager to ensure that the business solution design delivers the agreed business requirements
- Be involved in defining and documenting a detailed target business operating model and the business design overview for a business function
- Ensure that Customer Side of Change (CSOC) and Retail Design Authority (RDA) inputs are produced to the appropriate level of detail and quality and approved through the relevant forums
- Take responsibility for ensuring that all analysis and design deliverables are produced and ensures that these meet pre-defined quality standards and successfully completes quality reviews
- Business Analysis skills can also be applied in a variety of non project contexts (eg in the development of business architecture artefacts)
RATE: Up to €450 per day depending on experience
LOCATION: Dublin, Ireland
DURATION: 6 months +
START: Early January 2015
