Business Analyst - Retail Banking - Commercial - Telephony - Bristol

BUSINESS ANALYST REQUIRED BY LEADING RETAIL BANK TO WORK ON A COMMERCIAL PROJECT. THE ROLE IS BASED IN BRISTOL AND FOR 3 MONTHS INITIALLY.

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

- Deliver the Commercial Operation supporting Business Banking customers.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- Enable delivery of the Commercial Operation
- Evaluate, investigate and present summarised options and recommendations for a broad range of topics to support the execution of a brand new live business customer facing telephony operation.
- Must be able to make regular trips to Edinburgh from a Bristol Head Office base.

CORE SKILLS

- Experienced Business Analyst that has managed a large & complex range of Business based analysis, desirable if linked to end to end Operational or Regulatory MI framework.
- The ability to manage & influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Can do attitude taking the lead and presenting clear and concise summarisations in various formats, including recommendation/options reports, process maps & scoping documents etc.
- Able to challenge & shape solutions.
- Can lead analysis with light touch oversight and no requirement for low-level task management.
- Comfortable turning analysis around in tight timescales in a changeable environment.
- Taking ownership and driving out issues through to resolution.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Previous Banking experience around Commercial (SME) Business customers, particularly setting up customer facing operations.
- Planning and Scheduling skills to aid scoping & tracking of activities
