DURATION - 6 months

LOCATION - Bristol

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

The Programme will deliver capabilities and process improvements to improve our competitive position in this important driver of the UK economy.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Responsible for working on the development of a Capacity Management System. Essential that candidate is experienced in Capacity Management/Planning activity in both telephony and non-telephony/Back Office environments, with knowledge of Verient i360 desirable

- Requirements Gathering and definition
- Process Analysis and Design
- Functional specifications and Logical Datamodelling
- Designing and implementing telephony solutions and capacity management systems
- Assimilating, understanding and documenting complex systems

- Specialist in assimilating, understanding and documenting complex systems
- Excellent stakeholder relationship building, communication and management skills
- Strong process analysis skills with a view to re-engineer for synergies and improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding presentation and workshop skills
- Strong in the disciplines of documenting requirements, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
- Excellent trouble-shooter/problem-solver
- Good knowledge of wholesale banking models, principals and regulation
- Good knowledge of complex wholesale banking areas particularly Client Banking
- Advanced MS Excel Skills and strong MS Access Skills
- Dynamic and aesthetic presentation skills (particularly using MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio)

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Knowledge of Verient i360
