PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

BA to support Enhanced Annuity Programme - delivering new portal technology

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Joining a team of BA's on the Enhanced Annuity programme, the purpose of the role is to progress analysis of future phases, including fact finding to build up enough information to work with other Business Analysts once freed up from the previous releases:

- Elicit, validate and consolidate the high level business requirements, including any significant business rules that will influence the business solution design. This includes the use of appropriate requirements definition techniques and the prioritisation of the requirements in order to gain business value swiftly.
- Define the business analysis models, including to be business processes, business entity definition and relationship models, behaviour models and other supporting material.
- Define customer journeys to show the proposed solution interfaces for business teams.
- Collect and validate the functional and non-functional requirements
- Produce UML Use Case Descriptions.

- Ability to elicit, produce and manage business requirements
- Good communication skills with both business and IT teams.
- Business process modelling
