Business Analyst - Retail Banking - AML - Operating Model

ROLE - Business Analyst

DURATION - 6 months

LOCATION - Halifax

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

The AML deliverables of the  programme are focused around delivering a strategic operating model including implementing automated AML solutions and closing out compliance gaps identified through the Business Unit AML policy gap analysis.

CORE SKILLS

The Business Analysts will manage and control the delivery of project or workstream components ensuring delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives, ensuring that the benefits identified in the business case are realised.

Key Accountabilities:

- Contribute to the research & analysis of new concepts/ideas, and reviews of existing systems and processes, recommending specific options
- Develop and maintain effective working and influencing relationships with appropriate colleagues
- Use the established project methodologies to monitor project timescales and budgets, escalating as appropriate to overcome delays, difficulties or cost over-runs
- Timely and accurate completion of own project deliverables, assessing and managing risks and identifying counter measures.
