5 Month Contract - Market Rate

My client are a large retail business based in Bradford who are looking for a Business Analyst to work on the an exciting Customer Analytics workstream involving utilising the customer data gathered to optimise their customer value proposition.

This role will support the Business Project Manager for the Retail Customer Analytics workstream. Providing detailed business process mapping and business process change support as well as support for generic change management activities as we seek to embed new ways of working across the business.

The main area of business change will be in Buying/Trading, where we will need to change culture, processes and ways of working to ensure that the new customer insight is firmly Embedded into business processes and decision-making.
