Our client is a leading financial company based in Zurich. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking a committed, highly motivated and qualified Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer.
As qualified Business Analyst your responsibilities would be the following:
Gathering, refining, and elaborating Business and Regulatory requirements
Production of quality documentation including Business Requirements and Technical Specifications
Working with development and QA teams in an Agile approach to deliver requirements
Coordinating and collaborating across applications and teams
Participating in Scrum meetings with both onshore and offshore development teams
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates with the following profile:
Experience with relevant tools and practices such as Enterprise Architect, use-case analysis, JIRA, Subversion
Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies
Banking IT experience, especially regulatory driven
Experience working in an international environment
