PROJECT:
Our client is looking for a Requirements Engineer (business analyst) with strong background in Requirements Engineering and transformation of Product Requirements to User Stories (Scrum).

TASKS:
- Elaborate User Stories (Scrum) based on already approved Product Requirements
- Elaborate needed Mockups together with the development team
- Manage changes to initial product requirements
- Manage vertical traceability between different levels of requirements
- Support know-how transfer from Product Requirements to User Stories and to the development team
- Review Unique Specification Documents
- Manage requirements, test cases, and associated risks, including their status and traces, within the requirements management system (ie HP ALM, Salesforce "Tracker")
- Review test documents

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of project experience as a business analyst/requirements engineer with deep and detailed knowledge of SCRUM
- You have already long-term (>2y) project experience with the transformation of product requirements to User Stories, ideally within the medical devices/pharma environment
- You have modeled business processes hands-on
- Experience in UI Visualisation/Mockups
- Experience with SalesForce, ideally "Tracker"
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken/written)
- German skills are a big plus
