Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer

Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer is required to join a leading Financial Services business in Zurich, Switzerland.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading business and play a key role in a large Business & IT Transformation

DESCRIPTION

- Elicit and document requirements with a formal, UML based approach
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
- Understand, enhance and create data models
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the solution design
- Contribute to project and iteration planning

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Sound understanding of portfolio & wealth management processes
- Strong knowledge across asset classes (Equity, FI, Derivatives) including their data requirements
- Ability to create complex data models
- Formal requirements documentation with UML (Enterprise Architect)
- Experience integrating 3rd party vendor software
- Experienced working in teams following agile project methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to communicate and interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Fluent English + (ideally) German
