FOR OUR INSURANCE CLIENT IN ZURICH, SWITZERLAND, WE ARE IMMEDIATELY SEEKING AN ENGLISH (FLUENT) AND GERMAN (GOOD ORAL) SPEAKING IT BUSINESS ANALYST:

WORK SPECIFICATION

- Eliciting business requirements in stakeholder interviews and in requirements gathering workshops
- Documenting and reviewing business requirements
- Translating business requirements into structured IT solution requirement specifications
- Work in close collaboration with the Solution Architect on the solution design
- Acting as liaison between business and IT supplier
- Prepare & execute functional & system integration test scenarios and cases

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Excellent command for information technologies, ie Bachelor degree in the area of IT or business information studies is preferred
- 5+ years of business analysis experience or in IT solution design in international projects, preferably in the insurance industry
- Experience in online/collaboration portal projects is an advantage
- Solid and proven experience in writing functional and non-functional requirements/IT specifications
- Experience in working as a team member and independently

Tools/Methods Business Analysis methodologies, eg user stories, use cases etc.
