JOB TITLE - BUSINESS ANALYST/REPORT DEVELOPER
JOB LOCATION: ZURICH, SWITZERLAND
JOB DURATION: 3-6 MONTHS CONTRACT

Level II/III IT Business Analysts/Report Developers
Key Skills
Essential
Collect user requirements on reporting and advice on good practices.
Capture risks and issues related to data sources and business rules as encountered during requirement collection and report specification.
Consolidate reporting requirements to meaningful reports/dashboards.
Create formal URS/FS documentation (report specification).
Create test specification.
Execute report UAT tests.
Produce training material and user guides.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS/MEASURES OF SUCCESS
Delivery of documentation according to project plan.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
ITIL V3 Foundation certificate mandatory, ITIL V3 Expert desired
Strong experience in strategic implementation of ITIL Processes and Tools
Strong experience in strategic/operational IT Service Management disciplines
Strong experience in major pharmaceutical corporation experience together with a good understanding of processes/methodologies/organization etc. desired.
Profound experience in producing technical documentation.
Profound experience with the BMC ITSM toolset.
Profound experience with ITSM Reporting.
Knowledge of MS SQL.
