On behalf of one of our banking clients in Zurich, we are searching for an IT Business Analyst with previous experience in remote access projects in the financial sector, as well as ideally with Lync, XenApp and Jira.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working as a Business Analyst on Infrastructure projects, particularly in the area of remote access
- Preparing business cases, helping with the prioritization of requirements
- Analyzing and documenting AS IS and TO BE processes, preparing gap analysis
- Writing functional specifications
- Collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders, internal and external suppliers, PMs, etc.
- Preparing end user training
- Helping improvement of business engineering practices
IDEAL PROFILE:
- Several years of experience in the financial sector
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst in a global fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in remote access projects is a must
- Experience with XenApp, Lync and Jira would be highly beneficial
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of different visualization tools
- Fluent English
