Business Analyst/Relationship Manager - Client Money/CASS

For this large Tier 1 Investment Bank we are looking for we are looking for a Business Analyst with exceptional Relationship Management skills. Ideally you will also have Client Money/CASS experience. There is a need to understand the full population of accounts opened (firm, client, cash and security) across all businesses and jurisdictions and ensure that each account is set up to provide the appropriate level of protection, where required, for the money and assets flowing through it.

CORE EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENECIES REQUIRED

- Experience of Network Management or Settlements preferred
- Other settlements background, Relationship Management, or Credit background useful
- Strong business and operational knowledge
- Strong Control and Risk awareness
- Strong attention to detail as all work will be audited
- Experience driving process reengineering and improvement, able to document business processes in a clear and concise manner. Able to document and articulate a decision Matrix.
- Competent understanding of CASS, and other applicable regulatory requirements including jurisdictional differences
- Technical Knowledge - Previous experience of Excel and MSWord.
- Business Skills - Strives to improve relationships, processes and controls and can solve problems effectively and creatively
- Communication - Demonstrates good presentation skills, seeks constructive feedback and is an effective listener, able to effectively explain detailed issues

Interpersonal Skills - networks with colleagues outside of the team and with external clients/contacts
