For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for a
Business Engineer Regulatory Reporting PRiips/Mifid and OTC
Location: Zurich
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months

Area:
Serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes and procedures associated with vendor and in-house developed applications. Documents functional requirements, analyses requirements in the context of software and processes, develops test plans, assists with and documents business process improvement efforts, and works with production issues.
Tasks:
- Gather requirements from business units and translate those into system requirements
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
- Specify technical interfaces between systems, data (flow) analysis
- Liaise with business and IT stakeholders to identify requirements
- Create IT supplier requests and align with IT suppliers
- Respond to business enquiries and ad-hoc analysis tasks
- Support solution engineering team with requirements enquiries
Guide and support the testing phase
Qualifications:
- 5+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN BANKING/FINANCIAL INDUSTRY: - PROCESSES: TRADINGADVISORYa critical eye is essential to shape the requirements into an achievable design of the platform
- Engaging communicator, comfortable with negotiating with stakeholders
- Inquisitive, adaptable, creative, able to deliver value in innovative way
Care about the details yet able to think and act strategically, maintain focus on project and strategic goals
