Business Analyst (Regulatory Reporting)

Business Analyst (Regulatory Reporting) wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector. The position will include significant travelling.

YOUR TASKS:

- 'AS IS'/gap analysis and deep dive into processes, data etc.
- Ensuring the needed level of research is completed both on the AS IS landscape and to accurately define the solution benefits and risks
- Employing structured analysis techniques such as Use Cases, and decision tables to ensure completeness, clarity and non-ambiguity of requirements
- Business Requirement Documentation
- Verifying requirements and their scope and priorities with stakeholders
- Managing requirements change and maintaining requirements traceability
- Developing new processes/procedures as required to ensure compliance obligation is met

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Degree qualified, or equivalent
- Strong OTC process, derivatives and ETD product knowledge required
- Business analysis experience with a leading consulting firm within financial services or an International investment bank
- Extremely strong organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of investment banking processes - front to back
- Solid knowledge of IT: managing IT-oriented projects, user's requirements/testing
- Know how about Collateral end-to-end processing highly desired
- Knowledge of MiFID, DoddFrank and EMIR is a big asset
