For a 6 months project at our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
BUSINESS ANALYST - REGULATORY PROGRAM/EMIR & MIFID (3663)
This is an exciting role for a Business Analyst with in-depth experience in regulatory change projects. Know-how in EMIR, MiFID, Bilateral Margining would be a big plus.
YOUR SKILLS:
- 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS BUSINESS ANALYST IN BANKING/FINANCIAL SERVICES PARTICULARLY ASSET MANAGEMENT
- EXPERIENCE IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND REGULATORY PROJECTS (EMIR, MIFID, BILATERAL MARGINING)
- Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
- FX, derivatives, equities, rates know-how
- Strong know-how of UML, BA tools and methodologies
- Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage a variety of stakeholders
- CBAP certification would be a benefit
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements documents
- Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans
- Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
- Identify opportunities for IT process improvements
- Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
