For a project of our client, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
BUSINESS ANALYST - REGULATORY INITIATIVES (BCBS239) (3851)
The Risk Division acts as guardian of the bank and provides effective independent risk oversight. The ideal candidate will deliver and report high-quality risk and financial information.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst within a financial services company
- Understanding underlying business/operating models of bank businesses
- Effective stakeholder management as well as experience in facing senior business stakeholders
- Experience with BCBS-239 or other regulatory initiatives as well as with operating in complex environments is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel and Word)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to communicate in a fluent, clear and concise manner in English, German language skills are a plus
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement compliance measurement as well as maintain compliance statements that define compliance across the bank
- Operate the measurement and forecast compliance of the bank, its legal entities and divisions
- Implement assessment and attestation process
- Guide and assess accountable executives on compliance in their area of accountability
- Provide reporting on compliance status and items of focus to senior management and regulators
- Undertake assurance activities to validate level of compliance
