Business Analyst-Regulatory Implementation and Data Management

For a project at our client - an international insurance company in Zurich - we are looking for an experienced

BUSINESS ANALYST - REGULATORY IMPLEMENTATION AND DATA MANAGEMENT (3554)

Our client is in the finishing stages of implementing regulatory requirements. One regulatory requirement needs revision and correct implementation. We are therefore looking for a Business Analyst on a project basis who will assess the current state of the implementation, implement the necessary changes and fill the project with content so the last regulatory requirement can be correctly implemented.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, excellent grasp of BA methodology, experience with regulatory requirements (from banks or insurances) and challenges associated and last but not least a solid understanding of data analysis, data mining, data management and content creation. The person we are looking for will be in charge of course correction and steering the project team to a successful implementation of the specific regulatory requirement.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- Practical experience in business analysis with a focus on BA methodology and creation of content
- Development background is a big plus
- Experience working with regulatory topics in large multinational companies
- Analytical skills and attention to the details and the "end-to-end picture" with strong business focus
- Development and assessment of options in terms of functionality and efficiency together with the stakeholders, the Department and other IT professionals
- Experience in data and Business Intelligence projects
- Ability also to report findings and create a project roadmap based on the findings
- English is a must, German is a plus
