- Business analysis of requirements within Real Estate Asset and Fund Management Processes
- Requirements engineering and documentation
- Data analysis (of internal and external data feeds)
- Define, optimize and map data deliveries mainly of external property and accounting data
- Test & Training support
- Roll-out/Go-live support
- “Middleman” between business and IT

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound knowledge of JIRA
- Real Estate, Asset Management and/or Fund Management know-how
- Data literacy scientist
- Strong team player
- Used to working internationally
- Some background in security, training, testing, development is highly desirable
- Fluent in German and English, French is a big plus
