Boutique Consulting firm in Alpharetta is seeking a BA/QA Consultant for their growing team! We are looking for a good blend of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance to work with this small but growing firm!

With your BA hat on, we'll look to you to elicit requirements from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and distinguish user requests from true needs. You will proactively collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information and deliver artifacts as needed including Scope, Requirements Documents, Use Cases and Interface Designs. We will look to you to be the conduit between the customer community and the software development team.

With your QA hat on, we'll look to you to review and validate requirements and technical specifications. You will develop and deliver test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements or customer conversations. You will collaborate with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing).

Both roles require strong attention to detail, a self starter who can work closely with internal and external clients and the experience to manage many varied projects and tasks under tight deadlines. This role is likely to be 70% QA/30% BA. You will be asked to develop and explain test plans for a fictitious product during the interview process.

The ideal candidate has a background that includes a blend of BA/QA work with external clients in a MS Product environment. Must have automated testing, strong Agile/SCRUM experience, familiarity with SQL and familiarity with SharePoint. Product testing is HIGHLY desirable. This is a 6 month contract-to-perm opportunity in Alpharetta! Excellent benefits including full medical suite, long term savings and generous bonus opportunity.
