For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a business analyst to prepare the migration of support activities from local branches to centralized hubs.

The centralization and support program is chartered with centralizing a predefined list of support activities from the local Branches to centralized hubs. For this program we are looking for a Business Analyst to help us prepare the actual migration of activities.

Tasks:
Create the reference process for the activity to be centralized
Analyze the gap between the existing process in a country and the reference prices
Design the new process for that country post centralization
Analyze the impact of moving the activity to the GSO incl. 'collateral impact'
Help prepare the decisions required to achieve the target.

As we will move multiple processes from the countries to the GSO, the primary focus will be on a limited number of activities. But part of the assignment will be to identify and document opportunities for future centralization.
