Business Analyst & Quality Assurance Systems Analyst (LMS) - Remote Position

On behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, I am looking for a Business Analyst & Quality Assurance Systems Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in Learning Management Systems. This is a fully remote position. My client is looking for a someone who has experience with Cornerstone LMS Module as a mandatory requirement. You must also be able to speak fluent English. JOB SUMMARY:
My client is running an LMS migration project. The migration is between SAP LSO and Cornerstone system. Even though both systems are validated LMS applications, there is a deep difference in the general philosophy of how the systems operate. Therefore, my client is looking for Business Analyst experienced in such migration projects. There is already a virtual team working on this project, therefore my client is looking for a remote worker.
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Detailed requirements gathering and analysis of Business users
- CSV documentation creation and updates
- Cornerstone system configuration
- Design and Implementation of Custom Reports
- Analysis and written presentation of issues related to CSOD functionality
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
- 5 years of experience as BA (ideally with similar migration projects)
- 5 years of experience with Learning Management Systems
- 2 years of experience with Cornerstone LMS Module (very important)
- LMS quality assurance experience (testing, test design & general quality assurance strategy)
- Validated environment experience in pharmaceutical sector
- IT risk management experience
- Experience in coordination multinational projects involving internal & off-shore resources
- Multi-supplier cross-boundary project leadership experience
- Excellent soft skills and communication experience
- Fluent English
WHAT IS NICE TO HAVE:
- Pharmaceutical Experience
- TIBCO or other Enterprise Application Integration solution experience

- End date: 31.07.2019
- Extension: An extension is planned but needs to be approved.
