BUSINESS ANALYST/QA ANALYST

SUMMARY:

Our client is an $10 billion dollar global leader focused on the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural machinery with over 2000 dealers and 20,000 users globally. Their equipment is sold primarily through dealers globally and they are developing a new dealer portal to allow users to buy, service, finance and source parts for their farm equipment through a new website that will be developed.

The BA/QA Analyst will be responsible for the change request requirements, testing and application support of a CRM Application utilized by our clients' dealers in a manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Assisting with business cases
-Preparation of test plans
-Preparation of test cases
-Execution of tests
-Reporting defects and testing status
-Requirements management and communication
-Requirements analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Written and verbal communication skills
-The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
-Leadership skills
-Experience on CRM applications is a plus
-Manufacturing domain experience is a plus
