Business Analyst / Project Manager - Zurich

For my client I am looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst on a permanent basis in Zurich.

The company is a global Insurance/Re-Insurance firm.

The challenge
- Lead and manage a team assigned to the multiple system project implementations for Reinsurance
- Interact with both business stakeholders as well as technology and operations staff in analyzing complex business problems as well as in developing and managing the business cases, planning, resourcing, and status of IT delivery efforts
- Build a team of strong business system analysts and project managers who are process- and customer-focused
- Ability to build consensus among executives and business personnel, operations teams, and technology staff and be an analytical, creative thinker and an avid problem-solver

Qualifications:
- +1 years of Insurance/Reinsurance industry experience, with a deep understanding of the terminology, business functions and processes, in business analysis, requirements definition, business architecture, process modeling and project management
- Experience working with and building relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Leading software technology projects with durations of +1 years and valued

at 500K+
- Project management practices, including PMI's Project Management Body

of Knowledge (PMBOK) or similar project management methods
- Experience with business case development and project cost estimation
- English
