Business Analyst/Project Manager (LabWare) - Belgium
LANGUAGES: ENGLISH and FRENCH is an asset
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of relevant industry specific templates/modules (eg BioAnalysis, Labware ELB, )
- Knowledge of integration with SAP is an asset
- Good awareness of Labware design and programming standards (visual workflows, LIMS basic, ...)
- Good skills in project management with 3 to 8 years of experience as business analyst, lab process designer and IT project leader
- Solid knowledge of IT CSV Documentation with at least 2 year of experience in this area
- Quality/right first time mindset
- Strong analytical (and synthesis) capability driven by standardisation and simplification
- KNOWLEDGE ABOUT PHARMACEUTICAL QUALITY AND R&D LAB PROCESSES
- Good team player and communication skills
- KNOWLEDGE OF THE PHARMACEUTICAL REGULATORY GXP ENVIRONMENT
- University Master degree in bioscience, engineering, business or equivalent.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- Write the project charter and validation plan together with the business project leader
- Define and maintain the planning, manage CSV deliverables, dependencies and risks/issues
- Be the key project contact for all relevant stakeholders (such as business (R&D and global quality) and IT technical teams) to ensure good progress of the project
- Conduct escalation when appropriate
- Report project status as required according to the IT governance in place (such as IT R&D management team, business partners and Vx IT leadership team)
- Formalize user requirements and functional/technical specs with the business users and define standard solutions to support the business laboratory processes
- Drive standard good practices avoiding complex customisations/developments.
- Involve in development and implementation of the solution
- Dothe informal testing of the application and write the tests script that will be formally executed
- Write the GxP validation documentation in coordination with IT Quality Risk & Compliance and business QA departments
