ROLE: Business Analyst/Project Manager

SKILLS: Business Analyst/Project Manager - Group Operations - Birmingham - Up to £440 per day

OVERVIEW:

Our client a major UK retail bank requires the services of a Business Analyst/Project Manager, who has previous e xperience as a process Business Analyst or Project Manager to handle customer transfer requests following the announcement of the divestment. There is no BAU process to manage internal sort codes changes therefore, in order to design and define the operational process there will be a requirement for the project management of detailed analysis, test & implementation activity, to ensure a process is established. You will be required to manage the completion of the build, through to the testing and implementation of the design, working with the Business Analyst's and SME to deliver the implementation plan.

CORE DUTIES OF THE ROLE:

- Managing the project through the relevant milestones, reporting on outages and slippages
- Risk and Issue management
- Dependencies Management with other workstreams
- Stakeholder/relationship management
- Reporting management
- Resource Management
- Deliverable tracking
- Manage project activities, coordinating actions and deliverables
- Knowledge of operations processes and scope
- Knowledge of Back Office relationship with other areas of the bank
- Knowledge of hand ins/hand offs between banking capabilities
- Experience in utilising the appropriate Case Tools (ie ARIS, Enterprise Architect, Borland, ProVision and MS-Visio).
- Oral/Written communication
- Self/Work Organisation
- Change Management

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Stakeholder management, managing uncertainty
- Previous experience in integration divestment/Banking Ops implementation project/programme an advantage
- Analytical Skills - Business Analysis and solution delivery management, including detailed design and documentation

ANY OTHER INFORMATION

Although this is a Birmingham based role there will be travel to London required.
