BUSINESS ANALYST/PROJECT MANAGER FOR CRM

Our client in the bank industry is searching for a Business Analyst/Project Manager for CRM in Zurich to join an interesting project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analysis and documentation of business requirements for CRM solution
-

Analysis and documentation of "as is" flow
-

Support in the definition of the target model and interfaces to Investment Banking
-

Gap analysis of "as-is" towards target model, including coordination with Investment Banking London
-

Understand risk models and relevant risk factors
-

Document the business requirements for the changes to the systems
-

Provide/challenge high level cost/budget process
-

Define and work along roadmap
-

Perform stakeholder management
-

Perform status reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

-

Business Analyst with CRM background and collateral management
-

Trading know how as well as good methodological skills
-

Preferably banking/finance experience
