URGENT need for a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager for a 3 month engagement in Prague. (Strong likelihood of extension).

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The candidate will work as a senior Business Analyst with Project Management capabilities in a multi-national environment based in Prague/Czech Republic.

The main role will be the analysis and design of business processes including the support and coordination of a FIT/GAP analysis in preparation of moving 5 health economic models from a vendor platform into a standard solution BaseCase until End of Q2.

The candidate will work closely together with the HEOR Value Communication program management for an agreed time frame. Partial mobility is required to visit affected country organizations and Headquarter

The major accountability for the agreed assignment period is the preparation and execution of the FIT/Gap analysis and the preparation of the business case that the StC for Oncology Region Europe will need to have in place as decision point for a potential roll-out to European countries.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

* Plan and execute a FIT/GAP analysis on the functionality available for current HEOR models in a custom build solution and potential future solution to determine if the new platform can cover the business functionality (1:1 migration is not a must)
* Setup of project/work-streams under the HEOR Value communication program
* Creation and support of a Business rationale to proof that new platform is cost efficient in terms of licensing, framework, global support and change management components
* Evaluate deployment costs for potential European roll-out, including the potential deployment roadmap
* Prioritization and cost planning of "gap implementation" to meet the overall timelines per model. "Open Gaps" to be fit into the deployment pipeline
* Collect and align the requirements of different decision bodies and stakeholder group
* Track and support the migration and implementation into target solution

WORK EXPIRIENCE REQUIREMENTS

*Excellent experience in project management
*University or business college degree
*8-12 years of experience leading global projects impacting
*Experience in process modelling and process improvement
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Experience working with multinational companies
*English fluent is mandatory (Czech, German is a plus)
*Stakeholder analysis and requirements engineering
*Use-case analysis and outline
*Understanding Business Processes and Workflows
*Experience in Service Management or Service Delivery
*Good knowledge of ITIL (certification is a must)
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
