Business Analyst/Project Manager - Finance Systems, Banking, T24

On behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich, we are searching for a hybrid Requirements Engineer/PM with background in finance systems transformation projects, very good regulatory knowledge and ideally experience with T24.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leading the transformation of the existing IT related finance activities
- Defining the scope and the roadmap in a structured way
- Acting as a bridge between the Finance and the IT teams (developers, IT BAs)
- Defining the AS IS and TO BE processes
- Eliciting and documenting requirements
- Supporting UAT Testing

IDEAL PROFILE:

- At least 7-10 years of experience as a Requirements Engineer/Business Analyst in the banking sector
- Experience with Project Management activities
- Strong experience in Finance System Transformation projects, ideally in Private Banking/Wealth Management
- Very good knowledge of Regulatory requirements in the financial industry
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
- Experience with T24 and/or Oracle products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English, German would be an advantage
