For a project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst/Project Manager - Client Risk/AML/Compliance (5660)
In this hybrid role, you will define, validate, configure and implement an enhanced client risk rating methodology across the different divisions and regions as well as assisting with requirements analysis, process modelling, project assessment, testing and business integration in order to successfully transform the Client Risk Rating process.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE AS BUSINESS ANALYST/PROJECT MANAGER IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY, IDEALLY IN THE AREAS OF FINANCIAL CRIME, RISK, WEALTH MANAGEMENT
- EXPOSURE IN THE AREA OF COMPLIANCE IN FINANCIAL CRIMES/ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING (AML)
- EXCELLENT STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- ABILITY TO WORK WITH DATA FROM VARIOUS SOURCES AND MAKING SOUND CONCLUSIONS
- EXPERIENCED IN DEVELOPMENT AND/OR IMPLEMENTATION OF RISK MODELS
- VERY GOOD KNOW-HOW OF SQL, MICROSOFT TOOLS EG BUSINESS OBJECTS OR EXCEL
- Business excellence and process re-engineering knowledge (ARIS and BPMN v2.0) are assets
- FLUENT ENGLISH SKILLS, GERMAN IS A PLUS
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, analyze and document requirements for change as identified by the stakeholders of the client risk rating methodology systems
- Analyse and map existing processes, identify any impacts required because of new requirements
- Test preparation, regression testing and testing requirements that are implemented with new releases
- Build & maintain close relationships with relevant partners in compliance, business, operations, the global project team and Business Risk & Regulatory Management
- Workshops, education sessions, and Presentations as required to collect and communicate the results across the business divisions
