Business Analyst/Project Manager Client Data

We are Partnering with our client, a Global Bank in the search for an Excellent Senior B.A Credit Risk to come on board for an exciting Project in Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third-parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional specifications, Use Cases, Screens design and Interface designs.
- Define requirements focusing on users needs rather than users solution expectations, using various and appropriate tools: interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and work flow analysis.
- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates & methodology
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade offs between usability and performance needs.
- Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams

EXPECTED SKILLS/PROFILE:

- Experienced profile with an experience of a minimum of 5 years in 5 Banking industry, including Wealth Management
- A very good knowledge of Client Data is required, including data related to Wealth Management Clients like Trusts, foundations, etc.
- Experience in an operational team managing Client Data is considered as a benefit
- General knowledge of banking domains and activities (Front Office, Back Office, Credit, Compliance), especially in Wealth Management area.
- Self-organization (autonomy), rigor and method
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Synthesis and risk oriented communication to Management skills
- Capacity to switch from detailed operational analysis to high level program-wide vision with strong anticipation skills
- Ability to manage relationship with other teams (users, development, architecture, integration) and other team members
