Business Analyst/Project Manager

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of response time activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- This role will work on the team that coordinates supplier response times.
- It will work very closely purchasing, supply chain, and IT staff to continue today's process while we plan and develop the next generation of the process which will include systems support and process flow.

SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's Degree 1-7 years work experience
- Project Management experience
- PC, MS Office, and other technical skills
- Energetic, self-starter

DESIRED QUALITIES:

- System development experience (IT or business side)
- Programming experience (SAS or other)
- SQL/Database experience

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

- Looking for a business analyst/project manager.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, costs and other business skill sets.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Knowledge of computer software, such as MS PowerPoint, MS Excel (including Macros), MS Access etc.
