Business Analyst/Project Manager

Synergy Consulting Group has a great opportunity for a Business Analyst/Project Manager position with a Fortune 500 company in Findlay, Ohio.

This is a 12 month contract that offers growth opportunity in a dynamic, growing environment and this project is likely to be extended. The salary for this position will be in the $40.00/hr - $60.00/hr range based on experience.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Project Manager/Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements by interacting directly with the customer and other project stakeholders, and working on solutions that will accommodate the customer's needs.

These solutions will be developed into mid-sized projects that will be managed by the Project Manager/Business Analyst. These projects will relate to software releases involving SAP interfaces, and in house client software applications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years working as a BA or PM with IT related projects.
- Must possess outstanding communications skills, and have experience communicating to both IT and Non-IT audiences.
- Experience gathering requirements, managing budgets, planning meetings, and managing project resources.
- Working knowledge of standard Project Management methodologies, and corporate business standards and processes.
- Experience planning and implementing projects from beginning to end.
- Experience with MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT related field of study.
- Certifications relating to Project Management desired, but not required.
