On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST/PROJECT MANAGER. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English and German speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Responsibility for project planning and delivery in line with the agreed business strategy/roadmap
- Accountability for overseeing, controlling and steering of the project delivery
- Understanding and documenting detailed business requirements and translate business needs into technical systems and process improvement solutions within the defined time, cost, scope and quality
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- University degree in computer science, mathematics, or business
- 5+ years of experience in leading high profile and complex IT projects in a corporate development or consulting setting
- Ideally with legal and compliance background
- A successful track record of leading cross-functional teams to distinctive results in complex and ambiguous situations
- Experience in applying agile project methodologies
- Good technical understanding of relational database design (Oracle/SQL)
- Profound analytical skills and experience with structured working methods
- Proactive and solution oriented personality with hands-on mentality
- Ability to establish a professional and sustainable stakeholder relationship on different seniority levels.
- Excellent presentation techniques and communication skills
- English and German
- Project Management certification is a plus
- Requirements Engineering/Business Analysis certification is a plus
