Business Analyst / Project Management (Web Communications) 100% (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Support the Communications unit in timely responding to changing business requirements and expectations
- Supporting central project planning within Communications and client needs
- Liaising with business areas and advising them on the latest web comms best practices
- Analysing and documenting website enrichment and modernisation requirements
- Maintaining business-critical web applications, including streamlining and enhancing content management processes
- Maintaining full system and process documentation and liaising with business partners who provide infrastructure and technical support
- Maintaining web applications
- Documenting procedures

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Higher education and/or relevant IT specialisation/Communication qualifications would be an advantage
- First relevant work experience, ideally working in a communications function in a large organisation
- Experience with a range of Comms projects and web technology
- Knowledge of financial services, banking and financial regulation would be an advantage
- Project Management know-how
- Thorough and current knowledge of web platforms, and usability and development tools
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Client orientation and strong interpersonal skills
