Our client requires a Mainframe specialist but a very good BA who is able to manage project life cycle correctly with good communication and reporting skills.
The BA needs to have experience in managing medium size IS projects, often these IS projects are part of a larger project that is led by a Business PM.
So not only a BA but someone who is very good in project management (planning, milestone monitoring etc) but also liaison with business partners (logistics, finance)
Other important skills are: very good communication and social skills, IS/business background (worked in both fields), experience with managing off-shore parties.
